Established in Nov 2000, Chadha Upholstery began its journey with numerous wholesale orders. Good response and great public demand had Sofa Creations chartering into retail territory. Now directly open to the public you are privy to a range of styles and products at Sofa Creations. At Sofa Creations you have at your disposal, custom made furniture, made-to-measure fabric lounge suites and sofa beds to suit all sorts of households. Once there, you can decide on the look you're aiming for and they can conjure up styles to suit your taste. You can go trendy or elegant, luxurious or classy, simple or clean cut - we can cater to all your whims and requirements.

Payment
  •  Visa or Master card accepted with 3.5% extra
  • Eftpos, Cash (cash only with pick ups)
  • Bank deposit to our Bank Account
  • Company or personal cheque by post will be held for 7 days to ensure your Cheque clears. Please include your name, phone and address on the back of your Cheque.


Lay-by
Yes, you are welcome to lay-by. A 30% non refundable deposit of the total price is required. Customers must pay in full within 8 weeks from the date of sale. If you change your mind or give up the order, the 50% deposit is not refundable.

Packing & Delivery
All products are either in stock or if ordered will take 21-30 working days after order is confirmed.

Auckland Area
We deliver all items some areas of Auckland only for $55.00 to $65.00.

Outside Auckland Area
Please liaise with the freight companies directly. Efficient Carrying company, United Carriers , Furniture express and many more are available in Yellow pages.

Please ask for a quote or refer to specification .
In the unlikely event that your purchase is lost in transit we will do our best to locate it, and if required place a claim. We do not offer refunds until the delivery company have completed their investigation and a claim has been paid out. Sofa Creations will maintain correspondence with you during this time, keeping you fully informed of all progress.

Return or Refund Policy
We aim for 100% customer satisfaction, in the unlikely event that an item arrives faulty we will replace or exchange if your:

  • Item is damaged or Item is defective
  • You notify us within 7 days
  • If your item is unable to be replaced we will offer you a refund. We will do our best to resolve any problems as quickly as possible.

We will not refund if:
You simply 'change your mind'. Item was 'not what you expected it to be' or 'not what you imagined it to be'.


Tax Invoice
Tax Invoices for GST and Income tax are available on request for all purchases.

Privacy Policy
Privacy is very important to us. We will never pass your personal information on to any unrelated third party under any circumstances.
